FOREVER FIT
A class for all fitness levels and ages. A great warm-up, strength training, core training, universal principles of fitness and wonderful Yoga type stretches at the end.
COMBO CHALLENGE
1.5 hour class featuring step, floor aerobics, strength training and stretching. Take all or part of this energizing class.
CORE CONDITIONING
A challenging class working with: weights, stability balls, bands and bars.
WATER FITNESS
A great workout for all ages and abilities. It is an effective option for the fitness buff who wants to cross train, is recovering from an injury, or for the exerciser who is looking for a true no impact activity. This class combines cardio, strength and flexibility training.
YOGA
Stress reduction, relaxation, body awareness, increased flexibility, injury prevention - a great class and a wonderful addition to your fitness program.
PILATES
This class focuses on the core muscles, which help keep the body balanced, and are essential to providing support for the spine. You will focus on awareness of your breath and the alignment of your spine, to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
GROUP CYCLING
A group fitness class on a stationary bike for all levels of fitness. Fantastic calorie burner and cardio workout. First timers should arrive early to adjust their bikes. Please bring a water bottle and towel.
INTERVAL STEP & MUSCLE PUMP
This class incorporates: cardiovascular exercise, weight training and stretching all in 1 hour! It is a great way to get an overall workout in before you're off to work!
GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
This class will tone all your muscles! A one-hour dumbbell strength training class addressing all major muscle groups with strong core element, finish with stretching.
TAI CHI / QIGONG
Enjoy a relaxing exercise program, while you increase your: flexibility, muscle strength, lung-capacity, and cardiac function
INSTRUCTOR'S CHALLENGE
Various workouts including: circuit training, boot camp, spinning, core, and Mookie's wild cards. This class is for Intermediate (+).
ZUMBA
Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Interval training and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
